WHAT ARE DERMAL FILLERS AND INJECTABLES?
Dermal fillers and injectables are minimally invasive cosmetic treatments that are excellent alternatives to more invasive procedures. With these types of treatments, we target areas with noticeable skin imperfections with injectable medicines that add volume to the skin, smooth out wrinkles and lines, and create a more youthful look.

WHAT AREAS CAN WE TREAT?
These are most often used on the face and around the neck – areas where aging is most visible. Some fillers are also used on the hands and chest area.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A TREATMENT?
The preparation involved is easy and only involves cleaning the area(s) where the injections are made. A clinician may take pictures prior to the treatments to use as a comparison. While there is little to no discomfort during the treatment, a numbing cream may be applied if necessary prior to the injection.
WHAT ABOUT RECOVERY?
There is no “recovery” per se. Most patients return to their daily routine immediately following their treatments. Any redness or slight swelling at the injection site typically resolves within 24 hours.
HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST?
Cost depends on the type of filler or injectable used, how many injections are required, and whether treatments are combined with other services. We keep payment options flexible and diverse. We accept cash and major credit cards. We also offer financing with CareCredit® for some services, although not for dermal fillers and injectables.
IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CONSULTATION?
During a consultation, the medical team talks with you about what you want to change and evaluates your skin. Once complete, they’ll make a recommendation for treatment and a treatment plan and answer your questions before getting started!
MEET THE TEAM
STEPHEN GIORDANO, MD - “Dr. G”
Dr. Stephen Giordano received his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) located in Erie, PA which is currently one of the largest and most successful medical schools in the country. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at prestigious University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, and his residency in Internal Medicine at St. John Regional Medical Center in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH. Dr. “G” moved to the Lake Norman area in December of 2007. He completed formal training in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine as well as Aesthetic Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (A4M).
Dr. G is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a Diplomat of The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and Regenerative Medicine (A4M).
Dr. G specializes in minimally invasive and invasive procedures such as SmartLipo, Deep Laser Resurfacing, Skin Tightening, Vaginal Rejuvenation, Platelet Rich Plasma, Botox, Juvederm, Dysport, Restylane, FUE Hair Transplantation and Restoration, ARTAS Robotic Hair Restoration as well as many others. He won the “Best Non Surgical Facelift 2017” award at the The Aesthetic Show in Las Vegas presented to him by Dr. Andrew Ordon, renowned Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon and Emmy award winning co-host of the show “The Doctors”.
KELLY CULICERTO
Originally from Charlotte, Kelly Culicerto works with Dr. Giordano’s team as a Licensed Master Aesthetician. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Marshall University where she enjoyed playing soccer.
ABOUT MARLEE MATLOCK, PA
Originally from the Lake Norman area and graduating from South Iredell High School’s IB Program, Marlee attended Hendrix College in Arkansas where she played volleyball on the Warriors 2015 NCAA Final Four team, earned three Conference Championships, and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences while frequently appearing on the Dean’s list.

Leanny Bowen is a Certified Medical Assistant with 5 years of experience and is continuing her education in healthcare to one day become a nurse. She comes from a background of management and patient care experience in numerous different settings that range from Orthopedic, Pulmonology, and Internal Medicine, to Urology and Dermatology. Lenny began her career in healthcare at Onslow Memorial Hospital and has worked alongside highly reputable physicians and surgeons.
